Glow

In the sun’s golden light, I shine in all my glory.

For I am not like the others in their rich colors.

In the sun’s golden light, I stand tall.

For I am proud of the beauty that comes from within.

I am meant to be different.

I am meant to be me.

I am meant to glow.

Beauty

I will find the darkness in your beauty.

But I will also find beauty in your darkness.

For beauty exists everywhere.

And in everyone.

You just have to learn to see beyond the dark.

And appreciate it for what it is.
