Update: January 11, 2018

I wanted to start off the new year with fresh content, instead of posting something I had written prior to 1/1/18.  However, the start of this year has been busier than expected for me and I have been dealing with issues that I mentioned in my previous post.  I need to get my affairs and legal matters in order (on top of my daily duties).  Plus, I took some time away from everything.

With that said, I do have some things that I am currently working on, but not yet ready to post.  You’ve probably noticed that I don’t usually post these kinds of posts because frankly, I don’t like talking about myself (saying I, me, etc), and the purpose of my blog is for writings.  Yet, this is the longest gap between posts that I’ve published here.  I figured I should at least give the few of you who actually like my stuff an update on, well, stuff.  It may be a couple of days to a couple of weeks before you’ll see a new post.
